We enjoyed the swimming pool. We spent most of our time at the pool swimming. The room was accommodating and comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The view was not that great as we got to see the back of the shop lot. All in all, the trip turned out great for our family of three as we've got the chance to enjoy the Borneo Cultural Festival 2024 too.

The breakfast spread was good. Parking is safe. Clean room. Mice view of the river rajang.

Early checkin available at 12pm, breakfast menu option is variety, spacious room and very good location facing sungai Rejang

Breakfast buffet was solid. Good mix of western and local food. Rooms were nicely appointed, clean quiet and comfortable. Luggage hold post check-out was fantastic.

I've always stayed at Kingwood when I head down to Sibu. The staff is always friendly and the location is good. The buffet breakfast had a big improvement from the last time I had it.

Staff were friendly throughout (FO, Housekeeping, F&B) and accommodating even though occupancy was almost full due to the CNY holidays. Perhaps could learn to use the guest name even though my name was presented several times (upon check in, request for deposit, payment at check out, etc. Then I would have rated your hotel as a 10.
